I like the way you drew Rou. Her face and her expression, mostly. Eyes look good as always.
The lower body seems alright. Although the hand and the thigh seems a bit awkward. But anyway, those are minor things that you can fix through practice. I'm sure you do enough of that already.
I like the dress and the hair, though. XD;; And yes, her pose seems drawn pretty well! I still like it all in all. I like it a whole lot.
